I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 2,262 people. Household incomes average around $75,652 in McCleary. You can expect to pay around $993 for rent here. Homes are going for about $327,100 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
