Hello, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $40,515, which feels on the lower side for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
