Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Household incomes average around $40,269 in McCormick. With a population of 2,681, McCormick is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
