Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -McDonough sits at 274.0 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,576 for rent here. Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. With a population of 30,056, McDonough is a smaller city. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for McDonough? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
