McGovern quality of life -am I missing something?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 11 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,166 for rent here. Homes are going for about $304,400 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.
