McKee City housing prices -when will it stop?

Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and It's a a small town city with about 10,843 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Nashville it's solid.
