Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $35,988, which feels on the lower side for the area. You can expect to pay around $669 for rent here. Homes are going for about $140,200 on average. Rent is about $669/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Let me know your thoughts. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
