OK so Median household income is $120,273, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Portland it's better than expected.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The nightlife is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
