Moving to McKinney with kids — good idea?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Moved here from Boston about 5 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to job market but No regrets on my end..
