OK so I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $120,273, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,841/month for a decent place. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
