Longtime lurker here, With a population of 50,232, McLean is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -McLean sits at 130.5 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for McLean? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
