Is McMinnville good for remote workers?

Anyone else feel this way? We're a young couple and You can expect to pay around $1,290 for rent here. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Any advice would be great. TIA! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much wild but now it's hit or miss.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great seafood places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
