Been living here since 2007. Crime rate is something to consider -McNair sits at 194.2 per 100K. With a population of 22,451, McNair is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
