Affordable areas near McPherson?

Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $204,300 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I've lived in Riverside for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good airport with direct flights
- The food scene scene is solid

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for remote workers. Definitely worth checking out..
