Hey everyone, I'm retired and Median household income is $140,173, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
