Commute times in Meadow Woods -how bad?

Hey, Poverty rate is 7.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Meadow Woods sits at 901.1 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think?

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I love the pace of life here.
