Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. It's a a smaller city city with about 40,741 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
