So, Been living here since 2024. The median home value here is around $262,600, which seems about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? TIA! The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
