Top 5 things I love about Meadowbrook

So, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 10.0%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $262,600 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
