Mecca is underrated, change my mind
First post here. With a population of 7,071, Mecca is a small town. Would love some local perspective.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Seattle it's pretty good.

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much developing but now it's average.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much affordable but now it's pretty good.
