How much do you pay for rent in Mechanicsville?

So, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 38,437, Mechanicsville is a smaller city. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this?

I've lived in Westside for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Four distinct seasons
- The dating scene scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
