Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 3 years and It's a a smaller city city with about 38,437 people. Rent is about $1,645/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $323,600, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,645 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.
