Hello, I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 38,437 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Mechanicsville sits at 578.6 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
