Hello, I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $118,089 in Medford. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
