Hey folks, Crime rate is something to consider -Medford sits at 201.8 per 100K. The median home value here is around $715,500, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
