Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $715,500, which is pretty steep. With a population of 59,062, Medford is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
