Life in Medford as a young professional

So, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $444,500 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Medford sits at 22.0 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I work in construction here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is challenging. Hope this helps!.

I'm a accountant and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
