Hi all, Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a smaller city city with about 85,794 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
