Curious what people think. I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $219,181, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $660,800 on average. With a population of 6,858, Medina is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to.
