Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Indianapolis and The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $76,099, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Medina sits at 79.1 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
