Thinking about relocating to Medina from Las Vegas

Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $76,099 in Medina. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great.

Bought a house here in 2022 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
