OK so We have two kids and Homes are going for about $67,700 on average. With a population of 1,089, Medley is a small town. Household incomes average around $41,250 in Medley. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
