Hey everyone, I'm originally from Denver and Crime rate is something to consider -Mehlville sits at 490.9 per 100K. Median household income is $65,395, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $210,200 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
