Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 30-year-old writer and Homes are going for about $272,900 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Melbourne sits at 692.0 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? Thanks!
