Is Melissa getting better or worse?

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Household incomes average around $137,875 in Melissa. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
