Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 17,497 people. The median home value here is around $430,300, which is pretty steep. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
