Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $796,100 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Melrose? TIA! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.
