Best gym in Memphis?
I work remote and chose Memphis specifically for the lifestyle. The airport connections are hit or miss which matters if you travel.
I'm paying /mo for a 1-bed in Midtown and honestly is manageable on my salary. Property values in Germantown went up 9% last year alone.
What I like:

- Low commute times
- Strong local businesses
- Good healthcare options
- Good internet
What I don't:
- Limited diversity in some areas
- Parking is a nightmare
