Transplant from Omaha. Been here 10 months now. Public transit is decent for a city this size - you'll want a car.
I saw that rent in Bartlett is now /mo which is still reasonable. Property values in Cordova went up 16% last year alone.
Traffic has gotten noticeably worse in the past year. I feel like Memphis is becoming more expensive without getting better.
