Landlord recommendations in Memphis?

Hey, I'm paying /mo for a 3-bed in Downtown and honestly makes me consider roommates. Grocery prices are creeping up but still manageable. Appreciate the help.

OK let me break this down from someone who's been here a while.

Midtown vs Collierville: completely different vibes. Midtown is more great with a suburban feel with urban access. Collierville is growing and better for retirees.

Cost-wise, expect /mo minimum for anything decent in Midtown. In Collierville you can find stuff for /mo.

Public transit is {transit_feel} - you'll want a car.. People here are friendlier than I expected coming from {other}.
