Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $51,211 in Memphis. You can expect to pay around $1,123 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
