Moving to Menasha with kids -good idea?

My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $169,200, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Let me know your thoughts.

Bought a house here in 2016 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
