Is it worth buying in Mentone?
OK so I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Mentone sits at 209.1 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 9,487 people. Rent is about $1,390/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

- Good internet infrastructure
