Hello, Born and raised here. Median household income is $61,320, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Worth the trade-offs? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Why I chose Mentor-on-the-Lake over bigger cities

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $61,320 in Mentor-on-the-Lake. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? TIA!
