Is public transit usable in Mequon?

Alright, Been living here since 2021. Rent is about $2,271/month for a decent place. Median household income is $147,391, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 25,259, Mequon is a smaller city. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What are your go-to spots? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much stable but now it's excellent.

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

I've lived in Fairview for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good healthcare facilities
- The job market scene is decent

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Good luck with whatever you decide..
