Hi all, Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $202,359, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'm a lawyer and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much growing but now it's solid.
