Best and worst neighborhoods in Mercerville

Hi all, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Mercerville sits at 1,104.1 per 100K. Homes are going for about $330,500 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I've lived in East for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Phoenix, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good internet infrastructure
- The cultural scene scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for singles. Definitely worth checking out..
