How much do you pay for rent in Meridian?

OK so The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. You can expect to pay around $1,925 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Meridian is underrated, change my mind

So, I've been here for 11 years and The median home value here is around $571,600, which is pretty steep. With a population of 5,058, Meridian is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Anyone in a similar situation?

Meridian is underrated, change my mind

With a population of 5,058, Meridian is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
