Longtime lurker here, I'm a 53-year-old HR manager and Average temperature is around 54°F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
