First post here. I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $865 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
